• A Still Here account or app identifier.
• Check-in history, signal status, acknowledgements, and related timestamps.
• Contact identifiers or recipient information that you choose to enter.
• Legacy-message and Family Watch settings configured by you.
• Device notification tokens required to deliver notifications.
• Subscription and entitlement status received from Apple or Google.
• Technical diagnostics needed to maintain reliability and prevent abuse.

2. How information is used

Information is used only to:

• Provide check-in, signal, message, contact, and family-related features.
• Deliver notifications requested through the app.
• Restore purchases and determine access to paid features.
• Protect the service, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Third-party services

Still Here may use service providers such as Firebase for authentication, database, cloud functions, notifications, and technical operation. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers required to operate the app, with recipients selected by the user, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

5. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the app, meet security requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of eligible account information by contacting us at the address below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children

Still Here is not intentionally directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country.

8. Important safety notice

Still Here is not an emergency, medical, rescue, or monitoring service. Users should contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be revised when material changes are made.
