By using Still Here, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Purpose of the app
Still Here provides user-initiated check-ins, signals, messages, and related communication features. The app does not independently determine whether a person is safe.
2. Not an emergency service
Still Here is not an emergency, medical, rescue, security, or continuous monitoring service. Do not rely on the app where delayed, failed, or missing communication could cause harm. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.
3. User responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient information.
- You must obtain appropriate permission before adding another person.
- You must not use the app for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account.
4. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the user’s app-store account settings within the period specified by that store. Prices and currencies are provided by the applicable storefront.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful notification delivery, or delivery within a particular time. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
6. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Still Here is provided without guarantees that it will prevent loss, injury, or missed communication.
7. Changes
These terms may be revised as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
